Designed for those comfortable with water bath canning or committed beginners ready for a challenge, our workshops cover the critical differences between water bath and pressure canning, as well as the proper methods for operating and troubleshooting weighted-gauge and dial-gauge canners. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 2 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class may not be eligible for a full refund. We work hard to provide fresh, high-quality materials, which is why we cannot always offer refunds for late cancellations.
